From Belfast to Congo. Hear about the NI family who survived a kidnapping in the Congo.

The remarkable story of a Northern Irish family who faced death in Africa fifty years ago and survived. Bob and Alma McAllister were missionaries in what is now the Democratic Republic of Congo. In the 1960s they and their three children were caught up in a revolution, kidnapped for four months, rescued by Cuban mercenaries - and finally flown to safety.

A year later - they went back.
