A breakdown of the possible prison site numbers

Lawmakers looked at a lot of factors that would go into the costs of building the new Utah State Prison during today's Prison Relocation Commission meeting. They say each of the four potential sites have some benefits, but they all have some definite obstacles that could cost a lot of money.
