On Thursday, A former Davis High teacher is scheduled to hear her fate for engaging in sexual conduct with three of her students. So far this year, there are 3 more cases the state office of education is investigating involving other teachers. And a brand new Utah law is broadening awareness. KSL Newsradio’s Mary Richards looks at the scope of the problem, and what the state is doing. Here is part one of our series, “Safe Student Boundaries.”
