When we're you last on a train that was late or delayed?
One of the main operators in Herefordshire and Worcestershire has one of the worst records for trains arriving on schedule in the past year.
The figures from the rail regulator show 1 IN 4 of London Midland trains were more than five minutes late at peak times.
