Utah not on ice cream recall list, still, state officials urge caution.

Even though Utah is not on the FDA's expanded recall list for ice cream contaminated with Listeria, that doesn't mean Blue Bell ice cream in Utah is safe to eat, yet. State officials and even company spokespeople are telling Utahns to throw it out.
