A possible deal for a parolee accused of stealing a cop car after being arrested.

Prosecutors say Douglas Ellison stole a police car in early December and leading police on a high speed chase through Saratoga Springs. Today was supposed to be the preliminary hearing against Ellison, but, attorneys say he waived his right to that, and is expected to take a plea deal in May.
