Potentially severe water problems for Payson, Utah.

Public Works Director Travis Jockumsen says the main reservoir Payson uses has water levels that are several feet shorter than normal, and other reservoirs are showing big shortages. The city will be discussing heightened water restrictions this coming Wednesday.
