No deal for Dell.

Former computer store owner “Super” Dell Schanze was scheduled to plead guilty to harassing wildlife on claims that he chased and kicked a barn owl while flying his motorized paraglider. Schanze wanted to accept his punishment, but, he did not want to confess to the allegations against him. That’s when the federal judge rejected the deal.
