More complaints over dialysis treatment at the Utah State Prison.

One Ogden man says he’s not surprised to hear the reports of improper medical treatment at the prison which reportedly led to an inmate’s death. Milton Reilly says his brother has been experiencing bad dialysis treatment. However, there is some debate as to what has been causing the problems in this case. State officials have told him his brother is combative and has refused treatment. But, Reilly believes his brother is combative because the treatment is sub-par.
