A preliminary hearing is scheduled for former Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff.

Mark Shurtleff and his defense attorney, Richard Van Wagoner, say they were pleased to get a preliminary hearing in June. Prosecutors declined to comment about the bribery charges against Shurtleff.
