Shadow Chancellor Calls For Immediate Oil & Gas Tax Cuts

Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls says the treasury should bring forward tax cuts for Oil and Gas firms immediately.
Labour want Chancellor George Osborne to fast-track his plans for a support package to stimulate growth.
It comes as a number of major firms cut hundreds of North Sea jobs.
