Sturgeon Announces New Oil And Gas Jobs Task Force

The First Minister has visited Aberdeen today to announce a new energy jobs task force.

It will be tasked with supporting jobs in the sector, as many firms opt to cut back as oil prices continue to fall.

Nicola Sturgeon also pledged a guarantee for Modern Apprentices in Scotland’s oil and gas sector to ensure that any workers faced with redundancy will be offered alternative employment or further training. #oilandgas #energy #SNP
