NHS Grampian Stephen Logan "Optimistic" After Rocky Start To 2015

NHS Grampian's new Chairman says he's confident they will make inroads on tackling its staffing crisis in the coming months.
Its after yesterday's public meeting reviewing the health board's performance in 2014 where the government announced an extra £15m of funding.
The Health Board has been plagued by staffing problems, with three separate reports raising concerns about service provision.
