This morning on BBC Sussex we're asking if it's possible to generalise about WHO is to blame for dropping LITTER?The famous American author and comedian David Sedaris - who lives near Pulborough - has stirred up a real hornet's nest by suggesting to a committee of MP that poorer people are responsible for most of the rubbish chucked away on the side of our roads.
