Our reporter Lucy Burton has been touring the southern African nation of Zambia, to see how the economy there has changed, half a century on from independence.

Lucy's recently returned, and has been telling us about the significance of entrepreneurship to the country, after meeting Monica Musonda, chief executive of the Zambian food processing company Java Foods.
