Libraries offer home for the homeless

Across Canada, outreach workers being hired to work with the homeless who congregate in libraries. In many places, however, libraries are helping the homeless without any extra support. Carolina de Ryk speaks to Prince Rupert's chief librarian, Joe Zelwietro.
