What's it like driving a rubbish truck in Brighton?

Rubbish truck drivers in Brighton and Hove are going on strike today.

Members of the GMB union are manning the picket lines this morning in a dispute over the drivers' pay grades - they say they want more recognition for the extra responsibility for getting the teams of workers on and off the vehicle safely across the city streets.

The council says moving the drivers up to a higher pay grade isn't justified as they don't have full line management responsibility for their trucks...

So BBC Sussex wanted to find out more about what it's like to drive a rubbish truck - here's our reporter Simon Jenkins speaking to Paul out on the picket line this morning...
