The taste for rotting flesh is the thing that's making maggots popular for the treatment of wounds. As distasteful as this sounds - this treatment was used in the days before antibiotics. But as the threat of antibiotic resistance increases, several countries - including the US and the UK - are returning to the age-old therapy. Kenya is doing the same - as Anne Soy reports from Nairobi.
