Talking about thermal cut out devices

Earlier on, I was using my paper shredder, and I accidentally overloaded the motor, and it died! Oops! As I usually say about this, farkle! Anyway, I was going to do a boo about the fact it was dead, and stuff, but when I got to recording the boo? The damn thing had recovered and appears to work fine! This brought me to the idea of explaining thermal cut out devices, also called clickson devices, probably spelled that wrong, but they serve the purpose of preventing motor damage, by cutting power to the device when temperature is too high, fridges use these on the compressor, when power is cut during the running cycle when the fridge is running the compressor to cool down. I explain and demonstrate one of these devices using my 20 quid air conditioner as a guinea pig device.
