Raila Odinga discusses Kenya rallies

Opposition supporters in Kenya have been holding rallies across the country to protest against the government. Opposition leader and former prime minister Raila Odinga has called for people to stage protests. He says the country needs to have a national dialogue about pressing problems including a high cost of living and insecurity. Focus on Africa's Veronique Edwards asked Mr Odinga why he had called for the street protests.
