Walking and listening to the wildlife in our area, part one
I think that we have way too much stress in our lives, and sometimes it's just good to get out and experience things through different eyes or different ears. So, Todd, River, and I were walking around in our same familiar route in our neighborhood, but the difference is that when we heard a wildlife noise or environmental noise, we paused and listened I could notice that as I listened I was able to breathe and relax. It felt so good just to let go. I felt like the walk turned in. Meet adventure.
