Needle exchanges are up over 50% - report by @micjfitz

The number of needles being issued by an exchange scheme in Northern Ireland has risen by more than 50% in the past 4 years. The Public Health Agency coordinates the project which gives out needles to people who are injecting intravenous drugs such as heroin and those who use steroids.
