Carefree cooking: Milk + Yoghurt = More Yoghurt

I'm sure we all recall those damp squib school experiments. Having brought in a small tub of live yoghurt we'd add a load of milk and stick it in a warm cupboard. The next day we'd arrive, full of expectation and excitement, to find ... yet more yoghurt!

Well, the teacher said it was yoghurt, despite the rather thin liquid tasting nothing like the sweetened, flavored, thickened confections we were used to eating at home.

Today I'm trying to go one better. Yes, I'm making yoghurt into yoghurt, but I intend it to be suitably sweet and a little more spoonable than those classroom concoctions of yesterday.
