Late night Moroccan inspired cooking

I love cooking, I just hate the mess. So, with my kitchen newly tidied I set about messing it up again with a dish inspired by the mighty tagine.

Unfortunately, all did not go according to plan in the recording department, and this boo misses the action as chicken, bacon, apricot, onion peppers and potato enter the pot.

This clip nevertheless captures the sounds of my kitchen as hot oil and spices meet, onions mingle, and the stock is topped up. It also features the moment I taste my creation... so, at least you know it hasn't killed me... yet!
