Insurers have been told to "get their house in order" and end practices which encourage fraud and exaggeration in whiplash claims. The Transport Select Committee says whiplash claims shouldn't be paid without supporting medical evidence and that the time limit to make claims should be shortened. Mark from Doncaster has exaggerated two claims and received almost four thousand pounds as a result.
