At his heaviest Paul Mason weighed 70 stone and didn't leave the house for 12 years. After a gastric bypass in 2010, paid for by the NHS, he lost 46 stone. He now wants his health authority to fund operations to remove his loose skin - at a cost of over thirty thousand pounds. Should it?
