NSPCC forced marriage warning
As pupils break for the summer holidays the NSPCC has told BBC Asian Network children as young as 13 are facing threats of death or rape if they do not agree to forced marriages. Others have been assaulted or imprisoned according to information released to the charity by police forces in England and Wales. Last year at least 71 incidents of forced marriage involving children were reported to police. Poonam Taneja has this report. (image: Dr Ash Chand of NSPCC)
