Welwyn and Hatfield Council say no flags, banners or signs in council tenants windows unless it's a national celebration... Authoritarian nonsense OR tasteful common sense? Carol says this is absolutely the right thing to do as flags are only put up by pot bellied, tattooed yobs. Derek is slightly annoyed by this comment.
