'Police spied on me at Glasto' - campaigner on list of thousands deemed to be "domestic extremists"
A campaigner named on a list of thousands of people, reportedly deemed by police to be "domestic extremists," says he's been monitored by officers from the Met. Guy Taylor, from the anti-capitalist group Globalise Resistance, is one of nine thousand people under some kind of surveillance by a special police unit, according to reports today. Tarique Ghaffur, former Assistant Commissioner at the Metropolitan Police, says we shouldn't be overly concerned.
