an excellent meal at @TerreaTerre in Brighton with @FiDunn

Now, I have to say that I am generally an unabashed carnivore and only rarely countenance meals without a tasty bit of meat. It was therefore with a certain amount of foreboding that I took Fi to Brighton's Terre a Terre on the first night of her birthday weekend in the city. As luck would have it however, I had managed to select a restaurant at the top of their game, serving imaginatively created food with excellent service.
