A 12 year old girl who was called "a liar" by barristers whilst being cross examined in a sexual abuse case says children's original video statements should be used in court so they don't have to be aggressively questioned. "Marie" broke down whilst being questioned in the trial of her father, who was accused of sexually abusing her and other children. The trial eventually collapsed as a result.
