Mr Spoon goes to Button Moon & the High Court in London
The creator of Mr Spoon, Ian Allen who lives in Tibenham in South Norfolk, won damages after a company used images of the puppet on mugs and t-shirts without permission.
Robert Redshaw of Kapow Gifts in Yorkshire sold items that featured a button moon and characters that looked identical to the real Button Moon and Mr Spoon.
Official t-shirts are sold by a company called Truffle Shuffle and part of the profits go to the Dyslexia Association.
David Webster spoke to Ian Allen after the judge ruled in his favour.
