"I'm still struggling now": Workers taking court action tell of life on a construction "blacklist"

Calls for an investigation into claims that thousands of construction workers have been denied work because their names were on a secret "blacklist". The workers say they're on the file because they had previously raised health and safety concerns on building sites or been active trade union members.
