There have been a lot of shakeups for the Bridgeport school district. In the last month, major budget cuts were announced, a new board chair was voted in and the superintendent resigned. So, what does this all mean for the 19,000 district students? We got perspective from Fran Rabinowitz, Executive Director of the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents.
