Today's episode is a sequel to my previous Podcast, The-Gut-Hormone Connection- Connecting the Dots. During that episode, I took a deep dive into various aspects of gut function and integrity, including a detailed explanation of how dysbiosis and leaky gut are directly linked to hormone imbalances.
