McDonald's believes slivered onions may be the cause of an E. Coli outbreak that's killed one person and sickened nearly 50 others. CDC officials say they expect the number of illnesses to rise in the coming days. We spoke with Dr. Browne about E. Coli and how to avoid getting sick.
