Speeding, distraction, impairment: the three biggest problems with today’s drivers in Connecticut. Those issues also plague teen drivers and this week is teen driver safety week. We spoke with Sgt. Luke Davis with Connecticut State Police about what to do to better equip young drivers on roadways.
