There is a lot of hype around generative artificial intelligence, but is the tech truly transformational? Arvind Narayanan, Princeton University professor, director of the Center for Information Technology Policy at the school and author of the book “AI Snake Oil” says it’s overhyped, while Box co-founder and CEO Aaron Levie advocates for the use of AI in a functional enterprise capacity.
