Melissa in the Morning: Influenza Deaths

State public health officials are confirming the first two deaths from the flu of the 2024-2025 virus season.  The first flu death came in September and involved a person in their 90s.  The second death confirmed to be from influenza was an infant less than a year old who passed away this month. We spoke with Dr. Browne of Griffin Hospital about this.
