Today, we hear the story of a homeowner driven to install security cameras after repeated incidents of finding dog waste in his yard.  But the cameras didn’t deter his neighbor, Gary. Instead, they seem to have made things much worse. From late-night flashlight attacks and indecent exposure to window-rattling music and escalating confrontations, Gary seems determined to make his neighbor's life miserable. What started as a simple neighborhood dispute has spiraled into a campaign of harassment, complete with police involvement and a neighborhood turning against the homeowner.
