There are more than two-thousand residents who call Success Village home. The 924-unit complex has had inconsistency of hot water and heat for months. The problem got so bad, it led to a receivership to handle the finances and operations of the complex between Bridgeport and Stratford. Attorney Barry Knott, the receiver for Success Village, has reportedly sounded the alarm about potential boiler tampering. We asked Chief Roderick Porter about the investigation.
