The hum of the city

From the top of the TV Tower in Tallinn, Estonia (the second-highest point in the entire country), the views are stunning - but the sounds are also fascinating. The hum of the city rises from below us, a vast, encompassing drone that is occasionally punctured by a specific, recognisable sound such as a chainsaw or motorbike.
