The South Sudan has declared a national disaster as floods have affected almost a million people. The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management says the government needs help as available resources are not adequate for the rising numbers of those affected. In this episode of Roundtable, we look at the challenges faced by people whose homes and livelihoods have been destroyed by floods.
