ROUNDTABLE: South Sudan's Declaration of Floods National Disaster

The South Sudan has declared a national disaster as floods have affected almost a million people. The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management says the government needs help as available resources are not adequate for the rising numbers of those affected.
