The family of 6-year-old Jathan Escobar is blaming the Department of Children and Families for his death following a horrific domestic violence attack in Bridgeport. Senator Lisa Seminara, ranking senator on the Children and Human Services Committee, got a letter from DCF Commissioner on their involvement with the victims and spoke with us about the investigation into what could be a huge communication failure.
