Michael writes to the Nightmare Neighbors Podcast to share his unsettling experience with his former neighbor, Steven. After Steven moved in next door, Michael began receiving his mail and discovered his address was wrongly listed under Steven's name. Later, Michael found documents fraudulently signed by Steven, transferring ownership of his home to Steven. Though Michael took legal action, Steven's scheme forced Michael out of his home through eviction. Michael ultimately lost ownership of his home, and while Steven was eventually arrested, the experience left Michael wary and distrustful.
