Braille 200 - RNIB Braille Library

As we celebrate the 200th anniversary of braille, Robert Kirkwood asks Paul Porter about the history of, and the recent changes to, the RNIB Braille Library, and finds out why it no longer has 4 and a half miles of shelves.
