Anthony Edwards is my favorite player in the NBA. But his comments from a few weeks ago about 90's players not being skilled had me feeling some type of way. Maybe he was just trolling. Either way, I had to respond on behalf of old heads everywhere.
Meanwhile, the NFL is back and I've got some takes to get off. Like, why do I feel like Lamar Jackson is turning into the James Harden of the NFL? Or does Joe Burrow really deserve to be in top 5 conversations?
On a more important note, the news in recent days is filled with talk that sounds familiar to a lot of what I heard growing up. I usually try to avoid political talk, and lies about Haitian immigrants eating cats is nothing new, but since a presidential candidate wants to use that as a talking point to get votes, I had to say something.
