(LC 8/28/2024) In the latest episode of Matthew McGee's UP TO HEAR, the thespian and artist talks with Nanette Wiser while Natalie Symons enjoys the cool weather on her creative retreat up North. They talk about Fable at freeFall which runs through Sept. 8, the changing face of legacy and the difference between controlling how you will be remembered through film/theater vs. social media, the pleasures of watching Gypsy on Tubi and another streaming service and comparing it to the original play at freeFall and Michael's next role in Moriarity as Sherlock Holmes.  During the holidays, the show will have a Victorian pre-play event with delicious food, drinks, Victorian holiday decor and music. Bandits on the Run is the musical trio of Adrian Enscoe, Sydney Shepherd, and Regina Strayhorn, comprised of 3 lead singer/songwriters, guitar, cello, suitcase drum, accordion, and various toy instruments. 
Currently the Bandits are working on the musical adaptation of What’s Eating Gilbert Grape in association with MCC Theater, alongside actor-musician Christopher Sears and Academy Award Nominee Peter Hedges ,who wrote the original book and the screenplay. This summer Bandits on the Run will be going on tour with Tony Award Winner John Gallagher Jr, who Enscoe will be starring alongside in the musical Swept Away, featuring the music of The Avett Brothers, on Broadway this fall
9/20-21 6 Guitars featuring Chase Padgett  Internationally-acclaimed guitarist, singer and comedian Chase Padgett presents his thrilling one-man show, 6 Guitars, which follows the stories of six different players, each specializing in a distinct musical genre. As Chase seamlessly switches between each character, he showcases his virtuosic talents for blues, jazz, rock, classical, folk and country, while delving into the unique characteristics and histories of each.  The show premiered at the Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival in 2010, where it enjoyed a sold-out run and several holdover performances. It has since toured all over North America and Europe.
