DanChurchAid: Addressing Humanitarian Needs for Displaced People in South Sudan Through the Support of the EU

South Sudan has received over returnees and refugees since the outbreak of the Sudan crisis in April 2024. Both displaced people arriving in the country as well as the host communities in which they settle need help -food, medicine, shelter and protection.
The European Union is offering humanitarian assistance to people who are affected by displacement through DanChurchAid.
DanChurchAid and its partners that include Nile Hope, Christian Aid, UNIDOR and Africa Development Aid offer a range of humanitarian services that seek to alleviate the suffering of those in need.
