UPDATE Group Therapy: I Have To Fire My Girlfriend

“Mr. Manager” has been dating one of his co-workers for the past year. In fact she works for him and it’s been a secret. The problem is that he was handed a list of people he had to let go by close of business Friday and didn’t know how to handle it. Should he give her a head’s up? What if she blames him? Many suggestions were tossed out there from maybe trying to line up interviews for her so she can hit the ground running? She should understand his hands were tied right??
